Headquarters Staff

The day by day supervision of Acacia affairs, chapter visitations, publications, finances, records, and implementation of policy at the working level are duties of the International Headquarters' staff.

The Executive Director is in charge of the Headquarters staff and supervises all of its work. He is appointed by the International Council and directs the efforts of all staff members and office personnel.

Executive Director

The Assistant Executive Director works directly with the Executive Director to shape the day-to-day agenda of the Headquarters staff. He oversees chapter services and the Leadership Consultant program.

The Director of Development leads the fundraising initiatives of Acacia. He develops and monitors giving programs, manages capital campaigns and oversees donor relations.

The Director of Membership Development is directly responsible for the development and execution of Cornerstones: The Membership Development Program of Acacia Fraternity. He shapes membership policy recommendations for the International Council, trains alumni in the area of undergraduate advising and works directly with active members to facilitate Cornerstones operations.

Director of Membership Development

The Director of Communications is responsible for the design and execution of Headquarters publications, including The Triad, The Crest e-newsletter, Acacia Fraternity Foundation materials, chapter recruitment resources, and more. He directs the online presence of the fraternity including the website, electronic communications, and various online networks.

The Leadership Consultants work directly with the active chapters. They make periodic visits during which they assist the chapter in strengthening its programs, confer with the Chapter Advisor and other alumni, and render whatever other assistance may be needed for the chapters to meet and exceed Acacia standards.
