Chapter Reporting is a centralized location for nearly all Acacia requested and required reporting for all our chapters and colonies.  It is the Venerable Dean’s responsibility that each of these items is completed, but it isn’t their responsibility to complete each item.  Having the appropriate officer complete the reporting saves everyone time and energy.   

These various reports and requested documents assist the headquarters office in their annual reporting to the International Council along with other organizations that the fraternity is a part of like the NIC and FEA.  This also helps the headquarters staff have copies of important chapter documents for review as well as provide guidance and feedback as situations arise in your chapter.   

This is also a good barometer for chapter operations, all the policies and/or documents requested, each chapter or colony should already have, if your chapter/colony doesn’t, that is something that should be created and approved by the chapter/colony.  Contact Michael Weber, mweber@acacia.org, for examples of existing documents. 

If you are unsure if your chapter has submitted any of these items, please email Michael Weber at mweber@acacia.org and he will review our submissions.  If your chapter submitted the information on the Checklist App in Fall 2016, then you do NOT need to submit it again this semester.  Some of these items are only collected once a year, others are once a semester.
