  1. Where can I find my access code when creating an account? 

    • The access code to use when creating your account on Plaid's LMS can be provided by your Venerable Dean or by contacting the Acacia National Office at communications@acacia.org

  2. Who should I contact if I have any issues accessing the program or using the technology?

    • Email support@beingplaid.com if you have trouble creating an account, enrolling in the program, or accessing any of the documents. 

  3. What if I forgot my username or password?

  5. Is this a required program? 

    • No, this is an optional resource for educating your new member class while operating remotely. 

  6. Do I need to complete all of the material in the program? 

    • Generally, yes. But you should check with your chapter leadership to see if they have modified the program at all. 

  7. Does this cover local chapter/university information? 

    • No, this only covers information about Acacia Fraternity International. There may be additional material required by your local chapter. Please check with your local leadership for any questions about this.

  9. Is this a substitute for the virtual new member education meetings? 

    • No, this is a complimentary resource to go along with virtual new member education meetings and the Pythagoras Manual.
