2024 Conclave Awards
Awards are due on April 19, 2024!
Please use the links below to apply for each individual award. Be sure to have all of your information available before completing each section as responses are not saved until you click submit. If you have any questions or issues with the submission forms, please email communications@acacia.org.
Individual Awards
Senior Brother of the Year Award
The “Senior Brother of the Year” award is a “rebirth” of an award previously given by International Council. It is requested that EACH chapter nominate one (1) senior member of the chapter for each year of the biennium.Each chapter should nominate two members. Each person will be recognized as their respective chapter’s “Senior Brother of the Year.”
One senior for the 2022-2023 academic year

Roy C. Clark Award
The Roy C. Clark Outstanding Acacian Award is designed not only to perpetuate the memory of Roy C. Clark, but to also honor outstanding Acacian undergraduates. Two undergraduates will be chosen to receive this honor, one for each year of the biennium. ALL chapters are expected to nominate one member for consideration.Chapter Advisor of the Biennium Award
The purpose of this award is to recognize those Chapter Advisors who have given a great deal of time and effort to see that our undergraduate chapters remain strong year in and year out. Any chapter or Chapter Advisor is eligible to nominate someone for this award.
Chapter Excellence Awards
Chapters that meet the "Good" standards in Chapter Standards program AND also meets most if not all of the "Better" and "Best” standards for the specific category of the award are eligible for awards. Chapters can go above and beyond the listed standards as well. This link will take you to a description of Good, Better, Best and what categories the awards fit in. As a reminder, Chapter Reporting items must also be submitted by April 19, 2024. Failing to submit Chapter Reporting items can lead to your application missing key pieces of information.
